“Logo on iphone”

  • Daniel Ng
    Hi Nectar, Is there a way to make my logo look bigger when it is viewed on the iPhone? Right now it looks tiny as compared to the SALIENT logo. Is this due to the orientation of my logo?

    Hey Daniel!

    enter this snippet into your Custom CSS box in the theme options panel:

    @media only screen and (min-width : 1px) and (max-width : 1000px) {
       body header#top #logo img {
          height: 54px!important;
       }

       #header-outer {
          height: 80px!important;
       }
    }

    Of course change the header height and img height to whatever you desire :)

    Hi there - where is the "custom css box in the theme options panel" that you speak of? I am having this same issue and trying to resolve.  Thank you!

    Hey Patrick! It's located near the bottom of the general settings tab in the theme options panel. :)

    I added this code

    @media only screen and (min-width : 1px) and (max-width : 1000px) {
       body header#top #logo img {
          height: 27px !important;
       }

       #header-outer {
          height: 73px !important;
       }
    }

    But it isn't working for me.  Please help.  http://villagegreenstudios.com/view17  PW=secretsquirrel

    Thanks in advance.

    Jason, the password secretsquirrel is not allowing me through - please start your own ticket in regards to the issue you're facing because the snippet above is still valid and should work under normal circumstances.

    Cheers!

    Has anyone else had an issue where adding this CSS snippet messed up the header on mobile display? I'm working on the last few tweaks of my site and the mobile display was nearly perfect.  I wanted the logo to be slightly larger, so I added the code mentioned in this thread to the Custom CSS box in the theme options panel.  It made the logo larger, but also removed my pages' header feature images and text.  In place of the images is a ton of blank space.  Something went wrong.

    I removed the code snippet from the Custom CSS box and emptied the cache and history of my iPhone's Safari browser, hoping to return things to normal- but it didn't work.  The header is messed up and I can't figure out how to fix it.

    Replying to my last post.  The problem I was having had nothing to do with the CSS snippet in this thread.  The issue with the mobile display had to do with a modification I made to the init.js file.  I fixed that and everything works, including the CSS snippet above.
