    Hi team,

    I would love to update my Salient theme to the newest version. I uploaded the zip-file through WP. I have made a few customizations. What to do?

    Hi Jonas, 

    Thanks for getting in touch. 

    You made changes to you to theme files? 

    If you mean the changes you made in the theme options they should be safe. 

    It's always good practice to backup your site as well.
