I am currently rebuilding a site which uses the regular visual composer. When I activate Salient and the Salient visual composer however, it does not translate over and the webpages appear with code instead. Is there a way to get it to transfer over?
I know that both can't be used at the same time. but you're saying the entire site would need to be rebuilt using the salient visual composer? I seem to recall a while ago I built a site and switched from one to the other with no problem.
The theme has been through some major changes which are simply complex update to how critical parts of the theme work. That might be the reason why the two are no longer working together.
What maybe you can do is modify the standard visual composer to add the elements you want. This would require some skill with plugin development.
Hi! i am experiencing a problem where when i add a row inside a row it reformats the text to a strange size. in Screen Shot 2017-10-18 at 2.14.34 PM.png the text is inside one row. it the other screenshot the text box is placed inside an inner row.
thanks for the reply. it's actually on a different client's site abbypaloma.com. but i took away the part that wasn't displaying correctly. Also, there were some problems with font size/ color. When i changed the font color within the text edit screen it forced the text to display as the same as the button font instead of h1 as I had put.

It looks like the problem can be solved by adding CSS code. Could you please point out which part where the font size/color problem is located? It will be greatly appreciated.

No and you will need to use either the included Salient Visual composer or the regular Visal composer and not both.

Apologies for the late reply.
This might be a bug with the theme.
We could not find the page on the site here http://susannaharwoodrubin.com/. Seems to be using a different theme.
Could we have a link to this so that we can try and correct this with some CSS and see if we can find the exact cause.
