    Hi Guys.

Hoping moving this ticket to support speeds along a response as we are hoping to launch this site today and I think panic is setting in! LOL

So we just have one issue, the spacing on the homepage. We have the Colorful Block template in place but some of our blocks (4 columns out of the 5 on the row) have no text in them so they collapse with no divider in the content.

We are trying to make sure all the boxes stay aligned when the site is responsive.

As mentioned this is the only issue preventing us from going live. Could you guys tell us what we are doing wrong?

    Thanks is advance guys.

    Hey ,

You can try adding in Column Padding though i am afraid its difficult to lock them on all screen sizes .

    Hi Tahir,

Is it possible to do overall though? If I cant get this to work, I will need to think of another way to try to achieve this on the homepage.

Can you advise on how you would achieve perfect responsive grids?

We are so close to launching and this is the final hurdle, it would be a real shame if we cant make this work af ter all of the effort we have put in so far.

    Im hoping you can help.

Jen are these two images the exact same dimensions? (The actual files) Also, maybe an alternative you could use less boxes? Do you need that many individual images? Could have the same design with less columns.

    Hi Brendan,

Thanks for the rally speedy reply! Its panic stations here trying to get this sorted.

Ok so the Creative Director really loves this home page and really really wants the four in each row as they "look like flickr"... We have been on this site since May this year so it would be really really great to find a solution to this.

So the columns with the text in them, just have the text in place, nothing else. We are thinking this is what sets the height As when we have dividersIn that other columns, we can see the background images.

What if we set a minimum height for each column?

    Would that work?

Do you have a link to the site? If you include it the support guys (Tahir + Andrew) could  probably give you a better idea how to solve your issue. Hard to debug with just screenshots.

    Hi Tahir,

Tried all percentages from 1% t o17% on th padding as you suggested and nothing forces the rows to remain the same the same height.

Is there a rule I can apply to the entire row to keep it all at an exact height?

The Colorful Block template fro the them works perfectly on all screen sizes, including the icon. This moves perfectly with the text below and doesnt shift.

I can re-do out homepage now using the Colorful Blocks template but the only thing missing from this template is the white border around the images. Is there a simple css snippet we can apply to the Colorful Blocks template to achieve this? Thats all we are trying to do.

    Hi Tahir,

We came to a happy medium with the Creative Director, she allowed us to make a smaller border of on each row.

Im going to leave it with her as I think she might be happy with how it is.

    Thanks for the assistance.
