i would like to ask for your help since when i use the sticky sidebar effect, if i resize the browser window to become a little bit smaller than maximized window, the effect doesn't work anymore. Can you verify?

Yes, the size at which the iPad landscape shares (1024px) will deactivate the effect since it won't work well on there. All sizes larger will work normally which most desktop views will be on :)
