    Hi Im having some sort of problem when trying to uploadin the theme to my new site: artclassesmalta.com

    An error message: "The link you followed has expired." pops up everything i hit the upload. 

    Can you please assist me with this?


    On another note I would like to ask whther you maintain any backups for previous purchased themes. I had my website hacked 2 weeks ago and unfortunately i lost all my files and website data for www.ak-artistry.com.

    Which I am now having to re-develop. I would ike to inquiere whther any files can be retrieved from my previous theme edits.

    Hey Again,

    Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. Also ensure you are running PHP version 7.2 .

    You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.

    About my last question. Is there any waty i can rereive my previous theme settings and data?

    In addtion to this  I am currently asl facing another issue. My pages keep loading infinitely.

    Hey Again,

    If you have Page Transitions Turned On Please Switch the Animated Transition Method to "Standard" in Salient Theme Options -> Page Transition Section.

    Also be sure to check/uncheck this Disable Fade Out On Click option : http://prntscr.com/8f3bj7

    Moreover if it doesnt work Turn off the Page Transitions and check for Browser Console Errors : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors
