    Hello - I'm trying to edit my website but unable to do as when I click on WPBakery page builder the attached blue text appears. Current PHP configuration: 

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Hi There,

    Please ensure your wpbakery plugin is up to date (v6.4.2) and also the salient core is installed and up to date.

    Thanks Andrew - actually I the wpbakery plugin is up to date and salient core is installed and up to date. Are there other things that resolve that issue please?

    Is your salient theme also up to date? The latest version is 12.1.6.

    We would also like to know what triggered this error. Did this happen after an update?

    Yes got the latest version. I was able to edit last week and have not done any changes to the site since then.
