    Hi,

    I tried to use the template "creative template with shape divider" but I noticed the background image get very cropped. Is there a setting to not crop the background image when using this template?

    Or is there another solution/template that I can use that have an image + text with shape divider and parallax effect?

    I would like the background image to stay the same size both on desktop and mobile phones.

    Hi Anna,

    Could you try adjusting the Row Type in the Page Element Settings and see if that makes a difference?

    Hi Andrew,

    I tried to go to "row settings-general-type" and change to "in container" or "full width content" but the background photo still is very cropped.

    I run into the same problem again if I change the video to a background image.

    Hey Again,

    Try using a "Single Image" Page Element or set the Image as a Column Background so that it scales correctly.

    In that case, try using a longer image as the parallax option takes into account the Height of the Image.

    Hi Tahir,

    What is the recommended height and length size for parallax photos? 

    Or what would be the best size if I don't want it to crop too much?

    Hey Again,

    Since you are using the Image as a Full Height Background the Image height should be around 1920 x 1080 for HD resolutions.
