Unfortunately, the WPBakery Plugin Developers do not allow more than one instance of their plugin at the moment. You can however try using Addon Plugins though they might conflict with some Salient Theme Elements.

when viewing on mobiles, if you open a tab in the accordian i doesn't jump down to that section. is there a way to do this?

Can you have both Salient WPBakery Page Builder and normal WPBakery plugin running.

Okay, there are other themes which still allow you to use the original item.
Do you know where in the code it might be to allow the normal items to show?
Escalating this to the developer so he may provide a quickfix if possible.
