    Hi, 

    How can I add the register section at the bottom of every post page? 

    I would like users to register before being able to comment. 

    So instead of that text ", you must be logged in to post a comment" to have registration fields (I've installed User Registration Plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-registration/ ). 

    Maybe I can add a shortcode I just don't know where :)

    Hi Milan,

    I am afraid, salient does not have this at the moment.

    You can try a third party plugin to add this feature.
