    I'm having an error when I activate "Salient Core" plugin on my website.


    This is the error:

    An error of type E_PARSE was caused in line 217 of the file /var/www/postcrows.com/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/salient-core/includes/menu/class-nectar-setting-field.php

    Error message: syntax error, unexpected 'switch' (T_SWITCH), expecting identifier (T_STRING)

    Hi Serdar,

    Thanks for keeping in touch.

    That error is occurs when using an older version of PHP  - Upgrading to PHP 7.0 or higher should correct it, but WordPress now states that the minimum required version of PHP is 7.2: https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/9959.
