This specific layout the logo centered and the links below it is what the client wants. We had it set to the one you suggest originally but the balance is off with the links so it doesn't look that good. It would be great for future versions if you could have the search and woo commerce cart icon in a different place if you wanted. It typically is up in the right corner on most shopping cart sites not on the main menu.

My client doesn't like the two icons to be on the right of the menu, but more to the top right. Any way to do this easily?

These icons can only be added to the main navigation and not possible to add on the secondary navigation at the moment.
