    Hey, there. 

    I'd like to change text 'Read Article' in article page.

    How can I change this, I can't find this.

    Try using this Plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/ . 

    In The "Text Domain" field write "salient" or "salient-core" without quotes . If you are trying to change woocommerce words  add "woocommerce" in "Text domain" . The fields are case-sensitive .
