Hi, we recently updated from 12.1.2 to the latest version using the Envato plugin. After the update, we updated all the plugins, cleared caches etc, and then ran into quite a few issues.
All mobile specific sections on all pages no longer showed on mobile. It seemed that all of them had had there display on mobile tick boxes cleared. And after changing these back, so showed correctly, and some didn't show at all, despite being correctly setup.
Also several of the desktop pages no longer showed some of the images.
We've just rolled back to 12.1.2 and all is working again, but I have no idea why we ran into these issues. I'm just wondering if there is anything you can think of that might have caused this? Thanks for the help.
This is quite strange. Please try creating a backup of the previous version then once you update to version 14.0.7 try importing the backup from Salient > Import/export section and see whether the issue still persists.
Thanks Judith. When you say create a back, do you mean from Salient > Export ? Also we're using a child theme, so not sure if that makes any difference?
