    Hi, I have a question.

I installed a plugin to generate invoices, but it doesn't work. The plugin is Smartbill. Those from whom I got the service suggested me to create a subdomain and test on the subdomain only with woocomerce installed and with their plugin, to se if it works or not. I made the subdomain and instaled only woocomerce and Smartbill plugin and it works, I can generate invoices.
My question is if there is any way to find out if something I have installed can interfere with Smartbill or not let it work? I wonder why on the subdomain where I haven't installed anything, it works, but on the main shop where I have many things, such as plugins and others, it doesn't work. When I say it doesn't work, I mean that I press Generate Invoice, a circle appears that shows it is loading and stays like that for ever.

    Thank you.

    Hey Again,

Please provide the page URL where we can view the issue with Salient Installed ?. Instead of creating the subdomain you could have temporarily switched to the default theme to check if the Salient Theme was causing a conflict with the plugin.

Also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thanks

    Hello There,

Any other plugins apart from the ones labelled as salient plugins are third party plugins.

    Thanks.

    Hey Again,

For starters try deactivating all plugins that would not break the site and check.

    Thanks

Try setting up a Staging site if you are worried about breaking it.

    Thanks

I will take the risk. First i did a subdomain because they told me to do it, even if I had no idea how to do that,  now you tell me to do a staging site:)) I will not even ask what is that.

Thank you. I will be back with a feedback.

    Hello There,

You can use this guide to create a staging site:https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I did it, I managed to make that plugin work. I don't know which plugin prevented this plugin from working, because I didn't reactivate all of the plugins back. I did some winter cleaning and left several plugins inactive.

Thank you guys, one again you really helped me.
