    Hi there,

I hope you are having an awesome day and thanks for contacting us regarding your query.

While there isn't a direct way within the theme to add Typekit fonts, you may try using the plugin linked below:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/typekit-fonts-for-wordpress/

Please let me know if there are any more questions that I may answer for you :)

    Cheers!

    Thanks for your swift reply.

Is this the only way? I don't mind at all writing a bit of code in the child theme functions.php to add the Typekit's fonts but will then be available to the fonts dropdown selector in the Salient's settings?

    Hey Again,

Yes for now this is the only way as adding it to the Dropdown would require some advanced code edits.

Ok, I added the typekit fonts plugin.
Now how can I access the fonts as they do not show on the fonts dropdown.

    Hey Again,

I am afraid we dont have any such code snippet to make the Custom Font show up in the Dropdown yet so you will have to set the font using custom css. Please see : www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-add-google-web-fonts-wordpress-themes/
