I chose that option but on this page: http://luna.kuzikwebdesign.com/buddha-breath/ when I scroll it turns white, i want it to be green and I chose the green background on the very top row inside of the page. Is this how I am supposed to do this?
Essentially, what the inherit option does is inherit the dominant colors on each row of the page as you scroll according to an algorithm within the theme.
If you have a row that's mostly green then it'll switch to that, if not, it'll probably be a different color.
If you'd really like to have different colors for your nav bar on a per-page basis, you may have to reach out to a developer to code this in for you.

We dont have a Per Page Background Option though there is the Header Inherit Row Color Option that you can use : http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/theme-options/header-navigation/#transparency .
