I need to find a way to allow the down arrow button on me keyboard be used to scroll down on the page instead of changing the page to a new anchor. Please Help!
I must not have found the setting because when I click the down arrow the page transitions to the next full page row. What I need it to do is scroll down the page to reveal hidden elements in the current full page row. Where is the setting to change this?
I currently have the page setting "row overflow" set to "provide scrollbar" but that does not effect the use of the down arrow button. (however I can use my mouse scroll to reach the hidden elements at the bottom of the page. I just need to be able to do the same thing with the down arrow button. Thank you for your help.
I am afraid we dont have any such option available. You will have to use the Scroll Wheel or make the Scrollbar remain always visible with this custom css.
Add this into the Custom CSS box located in your Salient Options panel (Make Sure there are no red cross in the Box) :
