Hey , Could you provide the page url so we can have a look. Also you dont seem to have a lot of safe area around the images so try adding it and test. Best.
Hmmm, I didn't change any code...not that I know of haha. I haven't touched any of the code in the theme...could it have been code changed in Wordpress itself?
What do I need to do the change it back or fix it?
Also your wending machine image is not 1920 by 1080 . When using the Parallax Scene All images need to be the same size ie 1920 by 1080 so that it doesnt zoom any of the objects .
Damn, I thought they all were. I'll make those changes and hopefully it will work.
But again, the images on the Augmented Reality row are all 1920x1080 and the two images on top of the background are still scaled. Which is the same issue with the page you have been looking at.
I re-exported all background images for both the Hologram/3D and Augmented Reality rows...4 images for Hologram/3d row and 3 for the AR row, all .png and all exported the same way. Save for Web from Photoshop.
As you can see, some are showing the dimensions 1920x1080 and some are 0x0. Needless to say, they are still scaling. :(
Any other ideas for me to try?
PS. thanks for the help so far, I hope we can figure it out! Cheers
Try using the Regenerate Thumbs Plugin and see if regenerating the Images makes a difference . Also i just turned off FullScreen Page Rows Option and that doesnt seem to make a difference .
Could you try setting up the same row on another page and check .
No i am afraid the Theme does not work like that. If you look at the Demo images you will see that they have whitespace around it which i suggested you to add in my earlier responses.
In Order to create a parallax option the Image needs to be zoomed .
To Fix it simply scale down the wending machine and other layers in Photoshop to about 20% less and it should not crop when viewed .
Ok, so I'm loving Salient. I'm using the Product demo example for my new site.
I have Mouse Parallax turned on for the background. All layers are at the same dimensions 1920x1080. Which looks like this on my design...
But ends up looking like this on the browser...scaled up and wrong.
What am I doing wrong?
Cheers

Hi, did you get my Private reply with the login details?
I still haven't figured out what's wrong.
Hey Again,
Did you edit the Theme code ?. I am getting this JS Error that is likely causing the issues. Its on all the page ?.

Hey Again,
The issue is that you have added 0 in all layer strengths :

Ok but that doesn't explain why the Augmented Reality page is doing the same thing, scaling the images in the parallax?

Could there be something else messing with it?
Some of your Images dont have a size defined :

Ok, so I have run the Regenerate Thumbs plugin. And setup a new page 'Parallax Test' and added a row with the images.
Still the same result. After inspecting the new page only one of the three images shows any dimensions....what the???
I am getting this error...not sure what caused it or how to fix it...or if this is what is causing the scaling issue.
Any other ideas guys? I'm kind of stuck moving forward until I get this sorted.
Hey Again,
Since the error is coming from the Core Jquery file . Could you try replacing it with a new copy as it could have gotten corrupted : https://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress#Step_1:_Replace_WordPress_files .
Also install this plugin as your server could have been attacked : https://www.wordfence.com/docs/how-to-clean-a-hacked-wordpress-site-using-wordfence/ .
Best.

HI,
Ok, so I have replaced all the Wordpress files, installed and run the plugin you suggested and still have the same scaling problem :(
Now what??
Hey Again,
I just created another test page and its the same : http://monkey3media.com/test/ and no images are zooming in ?.
Could you please let me know exactly the issue you are seeing ?.
Thanks

I'm still seeing the scaling of the images.
It should look like this...
I tried it in Safari too and still looks the same.
