    Hi folks,

I searched and did not find a ticket/article about this.

I've been experimenting with Visual Form Builder (VFB), which seems to play well visually w/Salient.  However, when I try to submit the form -- in Safari and Firefox, there is no action.

Are there any known issues integrating VFB w/Salient?

    Thanks,

    Jen

    Hey Again,

Do you have the "Page Fullscreen Rows" Option checked on that particular page ?. If yes use the "Disable on Mobile " Option in here to make it work in mobile :

    Best.

    Hi Tahir,

Thanks for your response.  Page Fullscreen Rows were not enabled on this page.  Also, the submit issue was on PC.  On mobile, the CSS is completely screwy.

So now it looks like 2 separate issues :/

    Hey Again,

Seeing a few console errors in the player plugin :

Could you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Also if you have Page Transitions Turned On Please Switch the Animated Transition Method to "Standard" in Salient Theme Options -> Page Transition Section.

Moreover be sure to check/uncheck this Disable Fade Out On Click option : http://prntscr.com/8f3bj7

    Thanks

I've taken the steps you suggested:

    - Checked the plug-ins (especially jquery-specific ones).  In fact, I deleted the Spider Video plug-in, as it was not being used on our site.
    - Page Transitions were already turned off, but *just* in case, I set the Animated Transition Method to Standard.
    - Disabled Fade Out On Click

Forgive my ignorance, as this is completely out of my realm of experience.  But is it possible that the issue has to do with conflicting jquery versions (theme vs. plugin)?

Worst case, I can use a different plugin.  I know Contact Form 7 is recommended, but it's not as flexible as we'd like.

Again, thank you for taking so much time to help troubleshoot.

    Hey Again,

Please turn off the Form Styling options if you have any active :

If it doesnt work Switch to Default Twentysixteen theme and check if that makes the button work . If still it doesnt try contacting the plugin author as its a confirmed Plugin Bug .

You are a gentleman and a scholar! The culprit was form styling.  Thank you thank you!
