By the way: How can i change the background-color of the preloader (it is deep-violett at the moment)?
You seem to have created the Page layouts using the VC Columns therefore you will have to adjust them for Mobile in the VC Column Responsive Options Tab :

1: No i am afraid its encapsulated inside the video container so it cant be removed .
2: The Color can be changed in a the Salient Theme Options Panel -> Page Transitions Section :

i know what you mean, my problem is not the layout, but the links and the navigation - nothing happens if i tap on it.
Where can i edit the mobile version of the navigation and of the links?
Is there a posivility to disable the burger-navigation on smartphones?
