    Hi, i've had this problem before and the suggested steps have not worked.

    This is a very random problem and happens every so often on random pages.
    The right hand column and any images in it, seem to jump out of place alot.

    Please could you advise?

    I have tried disable w3 total cache but it still happens.

    Hey Again,

    Could you turn off Smooth Scroll Option and test.

    Is this the same option: "Styled Scrollbar" under functionality?

    Yes thats correct. Also try installing a minification plugin like Better WP Minify as it seems like a page load issue.
