    The video on our homepage is not playing on the safari browser, what can we do in that case.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting us regarding your query.

    This is most likely due to an encoding error with the current format of the MP4 video.

    May I ask you to go to the following site and use their conversion tools to convert your current video to MP4 and WebM (VP8) respectively.

    Upload these formats to WordPress and then test to see if you are still experiencing this issue
