    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

You'll have to make a small customization for that.

I found a guide for this though, try this:

Let me know if that works for you.

    Cheers

    Hi Andrew!

I wrote to you 5 days ago and I'm still waiting for your response ... Please, I need to solve the problem as soon as possible. Can you help me?

I'll reply to your inquiry below:

" My problem is that the parallax effect does not work well, load very slow and it stumbles, especially when I use background image row or in the masonry grid of the portfolio.

I attach two videos, these are two different webs that I'm developing with Salient Theme, so you can see what happens.

    1. Slip on tablet is not fluid, especially in landscape format. 2. Something happens with the footer, appears in the middle of the page when you slide with your finger. 3. The background images are resized as you slide your finger.

This only happens on tablet. On other devices, desktop & mobile, there is no problem.

    Please, I beg help! "

    Thx!

    Hi xupxupstudi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

Before we begin modifying the theme files please disable the following theme settings i.e.

salient \ footer - Footer Reveal Effect

salient \ general - functionality - Styled Scrollbar - set that to off.

If this still allows the parallax effect \ smooth page scroll then give us a link to the page in the video clip please and we will take a look into what we can do from here the theme files if possible.

    Thanks.

    Hi xupxupstudi,

The issue seems to be with the browser waiting for the images to render.

We have escalated this to the developers and they will be looking into this.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hey Again,

Try installing Better WP Minify and W3Total Cache Plugin and see if reducing the page load time makes a difference .

    Thanks
