The site was built by someone else than myself and I am now editing the same.
As you can see on the header, I have the logo on the left, menu on the center and the phone number on the right. I was trying to search the phone number where is the input but couldn't find any. How can I edit or remove the same? Thanks.

You can adjust those options in the Salient Theme Options Panel : http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/theme-options/header-navigation/ .
As for the phone number it seems to be directly added in the header.php which is bad as those changes would be lost if you update the Theme .
