I've installed Wordpress 4.7.2, as well as the latest version of the Salient theme, and all latest versions of required plugins, and activated them. I've also installed the default theme content to work from.
When editing a Nectar Slider item, I cannot "update" the item after making edits. The "update" button is active and clickable, but after clicking, the wheel spins next to "update" as well as on the browser tab header... but nothing. Wheel spinning but hamster is dead.
I'm using Chrome. I've tried this on Firefox and IE and the problem is still there. I've enabled browser cookies, I've added exceptions for wordpress.com and wordpress.org, but still nothing.
The weirdest thing is that I managed to update the heading of that particular slider two days ago, but now I can't update anything.
Any help appreciated.
I'me fairly decent with coding, if I have to amend anything via FTP on the server.
