Hello Team Nectar I'm experiencing a problem when the parallax option is selected - it gets super flickery on IE 10 and 11... to the point of not really being an option at all actually. However with the theme being compatible with IE 9, 10 and 11, and no notable mentions to be found on this in the public support tickets, I'm hoping that you guys can help me out with a work around on this?
Unfortunately, there isnt a definite chance that we will be able to provide you with a fix for this issue
as Microsoft has officially ended support for the IE versions 8 through to 11 which means that the rendering engines that load the elements of a web page will no longer be updated and also security fixes will no longer be applied.
There might be a few browser specific hacks that may be used to resolve this issue but due to the scope of our support, browser specific CSS tweaks are now categorised as Custom Development.
Here are three (3) highly recommended agencies that cater to WordPress customizations.
At some point users will be required to use the latest and most updated web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox and Safari for the best browsing experience possible.
