I set up a WP Installationw with your theme localy. I adjusted it and now I try to load it up on my server. Some of the salient ressources throw a bug and cannot be uploaded. I tried this with filezilla, cyberduck and even with the webftp of my hoster. Why is this and please help as my customer is offline now.

there a exakt 20 Files, which causes an error - even from my local insallation or also from the downloaded salient theme from themeforest
4 files coming out of salient/nectar/options
16 files coming out of salient/nectar/redux-framework

Why dont you just zip them all and upload it from the WP Dashboard ?.
Update/Install the theme by following this guide: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/ .
