Absolutely loving your theme. I have read all your replies to comments and tested all the CSS you have provided relating to the transparent header starting with a dark logo, but I have had problems with each one.
All I want is the starting page to have a dark logo and menu at the start. I do not want any of the light text/logos to be effected after that. I have managed to change the logo, but not the menu, but when I have achieved a dark logo the dark logo remains on light text/logo parts of the page.
