Thanks for your help. I do this with 'Snippet', I can select my TypeKit font, then after saving changes it all disappears and stops using the font - do you know why this is happening?
Hi - I worked out the font problem; I think turning off Ajax page transition fixed it.
//update - I thought wrong, all the drop downs for choosing typekit font reset to blank after save changes - it lasts for a few moments when I view the pages and off canvas menu. If you have any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.

Do you have the Options Panel Open in multiple Browser Tabs ?. Also this could be a server Object Cache issue.
Have you tried to reach out to your host to see if any server side caching is enabled? If they say no try repairing your database by following this:
