No matter what I do I can not get VC to work correctly. The templates I save are implemented in new posts with the elements in a different order, and then after saving my post it goes blank and no VC layout remains.
I am running a child theme of Salient 7.6, and Visual Composer 4.12.1. I have updated the theme, and installed the plugin properly. (Deleting previous VC plugin via WP Amin, and then uploading new plugin provided with theme via SFTP, and then activating via admin.).
I have deactivated all my other plugins one by one, and to no effect.
I have activated parent theme as well, no change.
I am also not able to download a version of Salient 8.0 as envato market download keeps timing out.
Thanx! I actually think it might have been a server cache issue. It just seemed to start working again after a while. Thanx for the prompt replay though. And I saw that Amazon's outage was the reason for my inability to download version 8.
A client updated their site, broke things and don't have a login to themeforest to download the js visual composer files. Any help would be great, thanks.

Your PHP Settings are likely not correct.
You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/
Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:
Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.
