Hi Drew,
Because your form uses conditional logic it has an inline style of display:none applied, if your page has any JavaScript issues they can prevent the Gravity Forms scripts from running, and when those scripts can't run the inline display:none style can't be removed.
You'll want to run through a full theme/plugin conflict test: https://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/article/testing-for-a-themeplugin-conflict/
I haven't done the de-bugging just yet.
I thought best to go ahead and post my progress here -- You or someone in the community might know exactly the answer.
Hey support,
This site's home page had a nectar slider, a logo strip (just hid it), the CTA to download a guide, and a video playing in the bg of a row (eclipse)
Those top "rows" look as if they're in a boxed format.
Text is crowded right off the page (especially in the Eclipse countdown)
The nectar slider isn't even visible any more.
A gravity form that used to appear in the footer is missing.

Other info
**I do not have the Nectar slider turned off in the new Functionality settings.
**I am also using a Child Theme. Does it need to be changed (was working fine with 7.5.2)
**I'm noticing my Page Headers are missing http://www.gocadiz.com/lodging/
I usually don't have ticket requests that are that urgent. But this one is! Help needed! please!
Hey Again,
Please have a look at this Article :Salient 8.0 Child Theme Issues.

Hey Tahir,
Thanks!
Got that little addition in there. It helped.
The next thing that's odd:
None of my Gravity Forms appear!

Hey Again,
Try turning off the Form Styling Options and see if that makes a Difference :

Oooo. I was hopeful. But I got back in there and it was already off.

Hey Again,
If you have Page Transitions Turned On Please Switch the Animated Transition Method to "Standard" in Salient Theme Options -> Page Transition Section.
Also be sure to check this Disable Fade Out On Click option : http://prntscr.com/8f3bj7
Moreover if it doesnt work Turn off the Page Transitions and check for Browser Console Errors : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors

Hey everyone,
Found a fix.
Thanks Tahir on the form styling idea. I checked it out but those settings were already turned off.
What ended up working was turning off the Ajax type of page transitions. Weird. It seemed to "free" up a few troubles I was having.
My directory plugin pages weren't working either.
But with Ajax transitions turned off, they came right back too.
Thanks for you help
