is it possible to move the 2 arrows from the template "Project, Hero Section Fullscreen Recent Project Slider" just underneath the "view project text" (move them up actually) ??

I'm talking about the two arrows at the bottom of this section (that look a bit lost at the bottom of the page)... would it be possible to move them underneath the "view project" text ?

You will have to switch to the Default Page Template and then adjust the Page Elements per your liking .

ok... not sure what you mean. i actually use the default page template... but have no idea how to move elements around ?
the fullscreen section i'm talking about is inside a row. dunno if this makes things more complicated or not ?

Change the value as per your liking.
Add this into the Custom CSS box located in your Salient Options panel (Make Sure there are no red cross in the Box) :
