Hi, I am having a custom background images drawn by hand. The artist will draw it and then professionally scan it digitally and then touch it up in Photoshop. She cannot make it a vector, so I need to know what is the optimal size for a header background like this?

I want it to be a full page (height and width) and I also want it to be responsive on mobile or when the resolution changes.
