I have downloaded the theme files from envato market and setup my wordpress tonight through cpanel. When I attempt to upload the zipped theme file it uploads and when it reaches 100% the page refreshes and comes with an error saying:
'are you sure you want to do this'
After many unsuccessful attempts at uploading the file, redownloading a fresh file and failing to upload that I decided to upload the theme through filezilla. I uploaded the file successfully through FTP method however when I selected customize this theme the whole website just crashes and gives me:

Not sure what I am doing wrong as I have had the theme before and succesfully installed it for my other websites.

Your PHP Settings are likely not correct.
You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.
