I have been trying to find why the search on our site is typing in words backwards. I've seen a few different users ask this question, and I've looked through plug-ins but I can't find the problem.
Hey Again, Could you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Also allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
Figured it out. Just thought I'd follow up. The issue was when we deregistered the default jquery library it also unloaded the jquery migrate library which causes the issue. Loading the jquery-migrate back in fixed the issue.

Was a solution found for this? we are experiencing the same issue. We disabled all plugins and the problem still persists.
Hello there,
Thank you for writing in once again and apologies for the trouble.
Can you please give us a temporary admin access to your site? We'll be in a better place to spot anything suspicious from here.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and send the info here. You can navigate here for more details; https://make.wordpress.org/support/user-manual/customizing-wordpress/managing-users-on-your-wordpress-site/adding-users-to-your-wordpress-site/
Hope to hear from you soon!
Regards,
