    Hey there, how would I go about changing the default facebook/instagram icons in the footer and set my own ones?

    You can Ad/Remove them using the Salient Theme Options Footer Section :

    sorry, I meant how to change the very design of those icons, not just enable/disable them...?

    They are fontAwesome icons so their design cant be changed .
