I submitted a ticket over week ago asking if it was possible to convert my Salient license to one which would cover installation on a few sites. There has been no response and now in checking I see the ticket has been deleted, ?
You folks have been very good in responding to issues, why the hell would you decide to shove me off when I'm wanting to spend more money with you, it makes no sense!!!
If you do not offer such an option for Christ's sake just say I have to buy a separate license for each install then.
@Simeon, The Ticksy Support System had some Database Issue's in the past week so its likely the ticket was lost due to that . We certainly did not remove your ticket . Other Users have also reported missing tickets and Loading Issues .
As Regards your Question, You need a Single License For Each End User Domain you install the Theme on .
