Hi, the search seems to be down on the site so I cant search this currently.
Im trying to create an image with that when clicked it opens a ligthbox (like single image) but be able to have design options to change margin values.
Is there a way to add a lightbox to an image thats in a text block? Or a way to add margins to a single image which has that lightbox functionality already?

Try setting the Image as a Embed like this :
Then Set the "Auto Lightbox Image Links" in here :
