    I am using Salient v.8 and viewing on Firefox 53.0. When resizing the browser window - roughly halfway between a full desktop - the theme shows every instance of the site (regular desktop, mobile vertical, tablet vertical) - but only at this point of the window resize. It is easy to recreate. I am including a picture below to show you what we're seeing. In essence, it shows every page that is supposed to be hidden.

    We have been using Salient for a long time and have never had this issue. Can you please take a look and let us know how to fix the problem. Our clients are asking us to solve this, but we're not clear on how to resolve the display issue.

    Hey Again

    This was fixed in Salient 8.0.1 . 

    To get a list of Bug Fixes and new Feature addons in the Latest Theme update,  the changelog can be viewed here : http://themenectar.com/changelogs/salient.html .

    Update the theme by following this guide: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/ .

    If you dont want to update add this Quick Fix .

    Add this into the Custom CSS box located in your Salient Options panel (Make Sure there are no red cross in the Box) :

    @media (min-width: 1000px) and (max-width: 1199px) {
  .vc_hidden-md {
    display: none !important;
  }
}

    Thank you for your quick reply.

    I am having trouble with the plugin you suggested and the CSS code isn't fixing the problem - I created a universal token, no problem, but it doesn't show an update option for the theme, just a plug-in I have purchased. So then I tried to create a single token but I can't find the ITEM ID number for Salient.

    I'm sure I'm missing something simple. Can you provide further guidance?

    Try to update manually via FTP  : http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/ if the Envato Market plugin is not working for you .

    I have installed the Easy Theme plugin and it is activated, but it will not work. Specifically, it does not give me an option for "Upgrade existing theme" anywhere in the process and hitting the UPLOAD button only results in a 404 error page.

    Also, I have followed back my last download invite to my downloads page but it doesn't show me where to get Salient 8.0.1 or 8.0.15 - it just comes down as Salient 8, so I'm not even sure if I have the right file.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am happy to provide any information that would be helpful.

    Hey Again,

    Your PHP Settings are likely not correct. 

    You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin called WordPress phpinfo http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it can be installed correctly.

    Sorry to be posting again, but the new update hasn't fixed the problem. I have successfully upgraded to 8.0.15 but there is no change to the browser window resize issue. Please visit www.performanceprintservices.com using FireFox and you will see.

    Do you have any other suggestions for me?

    Hey Again,

    As stated earlier this was fixed and the CSS fix also works . Furthermore i cant seem to recreate the issue on Firefox .

    Please clear your cache using this guide: Clear Cache where applicable if you are still seeing the issue.
