The "Register" button is the one I'm trying to center
The buttons underneath this are images I made from scratch to remedy this problem previously, but now I have to make some stylistic changes so I'd like to use the button feature instead of remaking images every time I need to alter the color or font.
How can I center a button? And how do I change the font?

To center the Buttons you will have to use the Centered Content option in the Column Settings :
