I see that it is not possible to add a Carousel to a tab using Visual Composer. Why is that?
It is possible to add the Carousel Nectar shortcode to a text block for the tab but that removes visual editing and looks to have less configuration options.
Tabs/Toggles cant have dynamic content as only the First Tab content is rendered by the Browser and additional code snippets are need to run the JS code for that particular content in your case the carousel to layout the page after the Second Tab is clicked .
