Logo Issues.

I have tried a variety of methods to get the logo to display corectly, without luck. I have both Retna and non retna logos, black and white.

Each time I visit the page, both black and white logo's apear. There is issues upon scrolling too.

What I need, is that the white logo appears only upon landing, and the black logo appears over white or light coloured pages,
