    Es que resulta que de un momento a otro, el estilo de la página principal se pierde por defecto y necesito saber cómo restablecer su favor

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    From the screenshot that you gave me, it looks like that you haven't activated the Visual Composer Plugin yet. To activate, please go to  Plugins > Installed Plugins and click the 'activate' link just below 'Salient Visual Composer' like shown in the picture below.

    I have another concern as I can upload the background video but it is a YouTube video

    It's possible?

    Thank you for writing back to us.

    Yes. Adding youtube video background is possible. To do that, please open the row settings by clicking the gray pencil code located on the top right

    Then, check the 'Enable Video Background' checkbox and enter the full link of the youtube (not shortened) from the available field:

    Thank you for writing back to us.

    I see that you want to make the youtube video background for the header instead. I'm afraid that you can't do this at the present time. To get around it, I suggest you download the youtube video first using youtube-downloading service such as keepvid.com. and upload the downloaded video from the available field.
