    Hi Themenectar,

    I am trying to save an image on the background in a hero section but when i save it its gone.

    The image that i am trying to save is 1600x1200 px, maybe it is to big?

    Hey Again,

    Where exactly are you trying to add the video ?. Could you provide a screenshot . 

    Also check for Browser Console Errors : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors when that error occurs .
