I would like the inline minimal contact form you have on your demo site.  How can I achieve this.

Thanks for the quick response. We tried this and still don't get that inline look like the demo where the name, email and subject are on one line, and the message is on another line below, then the send button below that.

Also, we can get the top navigation to underline when you hover over a menu nav item, but can't get it to underline and bold.  How can we achieve both?
