What is the best way to create a section link bookmark (ID) that can be referenced in an HREF tag so that the user can jump to a section quickly? I've been able to do this already using the ID tag. However since the header menu on the page is always present, the bookmark link always loads the first part of the jump to section behind the header. How can I create a link bookmark for a section on a page and then reference that bookmark link without the first 40-50 pixels being hidden by the header nav menu?
