One of the Third Party Plugin is adding it . Try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Tahir thanks for advice have a doubt as even if exactly this file was yesterday changed, but code which you advice to remove
.archive.woocommerce #page-header-wrap {
margin-top:0;
}
existed in old file, was not removed but everything worked just 3 days ago. Could this lines be added dynamically - through any other scripts?

No the style.css in the child theme does not have dynamic code added to it .
