I would like to create a row with several icons and text.  I have done it using Salient on a website I created last year (but no longer have access to, a screen shot is attached).  I cannot for the life of me figure out how to recreate this — specifically with the Icon CENTERED above the text block.  Can you please advise how to recreate this?  

Also, is there someplace one can look online for a full library of the icons included?
