Hi there, 

We are trying to create a drop down arrow on every page, it seems to be working on 3 out of 6 pages. We are also using the tooltips main navigation along side this. The pages that have an image as the background you are not able to see the arrow, i think it is somehow behind the image. How do we fix this ?

Also, on the 'meet the strandies page' we are sometimes having problems when we click on a team member and that it will not allow us to click off the team member and go back to the main page. This does not happen all of the time it happens in a 1 out of 6 chance, but still happens.

The page seems to have a loading problem, where the page flickers. Is there a way to fix this?

Also, is there a way to eliminate the tooltips dot navigation when using the website on a mobile because when on a mobile the dots seem to cover some of the text making it illegible which is a problem?

Lastly, is there a back to the top button that we can add to the bottom of the page which can be used on both mobile and desktop?

Hi,

thankyou for thr respose.

The optimization plugins made no changes to the website, the 'better wordpress minify' removed the websites theme and content (shown in attachment).

The down navigation arrows i was referring to on the website do not seem to be working on the pages that have an image as a background. When you remove the image from the background and have a solid color you will then be able to see the arrow; why is this?

I have taken over the site as Stefanie is on holiday. I noticed you have released a newer version of your theme and updated the site hoping to fix some of the issues:

I am trying to wrap up this site as the client is anxious to publish it. We did a full browser test and found:

1. Safari any pages that are longer than the fold gets a shiver on when you scroll  http://79.170.40.247/ref-stranduk-2.com/#team
2. IE 9 flip boxes are uneven http://79.170.40.247/ref-stranduk-2.com/#team
3. Edge load speed (I will try your solution below)
4. Edge burger menu seems to stick at times, it will come down and not go away, it seems a random glitch

I just noticed you didnt reply to Stefanies request about trying the minify, I will also try and see if I can get it to work, but I would be very grateful if you can reply to this ticket?

I have used a different plug in to speed up the site on edge, (when we tried the minify it striped all the css) this alternative plugin  seems to have worked. The following are still a problem:
